Rubber antioxidants have different varieties and various functions. - Two or more antioxidants should be used at the same time to ensure the anti-aging effect when one antioxidant cannot meet the requirement.
- Some antioxidants have coloration and pollution on rubbers. For example, phenol antioxidants have little or no pollution to rubbers, but its protective performance is not very good. Amine antioxidants have pollution to rubbers, and they make rubbers discolor seriously, but its protective performance is very good. So you should consider these factors carefully when you choose antioxidants.
- The antioxidant dosage should not exceed the antioxidant solubility in rubber to avoid blooming.
